Mead Making Class
After taking this course you should be able to walk away with a greater understanding of production, the difficulties involved, and the solutions to typical issues in mead making. We will be evaluating every aspect of the process including equipment, ingredients, science, and history.

Join us for an adventure through the world of mead! What is it? Where doesit come from? How is it made?
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Ø A comprehensive lesson in basic mead making.
Ø Tools needed to perform essential fermentation and data collecting.
Ø An in depth look into the how’s and why’s of the process.
Ø Additional information that may not be available anywhere else, along with an in person mead making session.
Ø AND OF COURSE, SOME TASTING
The location of the event will take place in the Live Oak Room at the Centennial Park recreation center in Paso Robles. The event time will be September 13, @ 10a.m.-1p.m. There is a maximum occupancy, so ticket sales will be limited ($45.00 each). We have multiple payment methods including PayPal or Venmo. If you choose to use these payment methods please specify the number of tickets and use the word "class" in the description. Once a payment has been received your name will be added to the roster. If you use Venmo you will receive a message with your student number. This will help make sure that no one takes your place.
